The founding team have extensive industry experience including building, developing and commercializing highly successful structural building systems and structural Engineering, building and running successful businesses, as well as manufacturing and marketing innovative products throughout Australia and overseas.

Starting Building Solutions in 1985, Alan has a creative passion to improve building methods to reduce labour, cost and increase efficiency on building sites.

His creations have changed the construction industry more than once with disruptive systems that have been adopted by the Australian construction industry over the last 3 decades.

Alan’s passion fired by experience and market forces have led to the current QuikBuild PFS innovation. This system has the potential to have a bigger impact than any of his previous highly successful building systems.

Sean has an extensive background as a Structural Engineer.
 

Over the last 20+ years he has owned and run the largest Structural Engineering business on the North end of the Sunshine Coast, Qld. 

Over the last 25-30 years Sean has consulted to Building Solutions to assist with the development of various building systems.

The NBS QuikBuild is a unique structural wall system to be used for multi-storey construction. Structural design, forces and interactions need to be understood.
Sean’s structural knowledge, design and business ownership background make him a critically important member of the design, development and construction team.
